Carie P. Silvestri, Attorney

Carie is active with numerous collaborative law organizations and is a frequent speaker on issues relating to family law and collaborative law.

She has served on several committees for Collaborative Divorce Texas (formerly the Collaborative Law Institute of Texas) and has been invited to speak at the State Bar of Texas Collaborative Law Conference in 2013, 2015 and 2016, as well as at the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals annual forum in 2008 (New Orleans), 2012 (Chicago) and 2016 (Las Vegas).

Carie was selected by her peers to be included in the 2011, 2012, and 2013 Texas Super Lawyers, Rising Stars Edition, an honor that only includes the top 2.5% of all lawyers under the age of 40 all across the state, in all fields of practice.

In 2015 and 2016, she was selected by her peers to be included in The Best Lawyers in America© in the area of Collaborative Law – Family Law.

She was also chosen for Best Lawyers Collaborative Law – Family Law 2017, Best Lawyers Family Law 2017, and Best Law Firms in America, Tier 1 for 2017.

In 2014, Carie joined the Board of Directors for Operation Kindness, the Metroplex’s oldest and largest no-kill animal shelter.
